We stayed for 5 nights and really liked it. It was very clean, nice hotel. People who work there were very nice.

Loved it!
Pros:

Breakfast was great with tons of options, pool area was beautiful and clean kids had a great time in the splash pad, very close to SeaWorld

Cons:

Towels were extra scratchy and for the price of the room there should have been a little better quality of toilet paper. We did have some issues parking after coming back from dinner but it was only because there were four tour busses in the parking lot but staff quickly found a spot for us.

Decent Hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Lots to choose from good choices for breakfast. Bed and room was very comfortable.

Cons:

Foul smell getting off the elevator on the second floor. Bar in family pool area would have been nicer by adult pool. Loud banging from shower when turning on.

Quick Trip
Pros:

Everything was clean, and the staff was warm and inviting. The kiddo was greeted by 2 cute cut-outs of Elmo and Cookie Monster, which was a great opportunity for photos. Breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety every day.

Cons:

Paying for parking daily was a unwarrented surprise, especially when close parking is limited. For 3 days, it was an additional $100, which was definitely not budgeted.
