Fantastic Stay Seamless Service and Amazing Food!
Pros:

We stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott with my family, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I want to extend a huge thank you to the Front Office dept for honouring our request for interconnecting rooms, it made our stay so much more comfortable and convenient.
The check-in and check-out was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the Harpreet. Rooms were clean and comfortable, appreciate Manish for your helpful gesture.

Another major highlight was the dining experience. A big shout out to Chef Ashutosh and his team for the amazing food. Staff at the restaurant were attentive and cordial.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay with top-notch service. We highly recommend this hotel for families and look forward to visiting again!

Pleasant stay in Indore
Pros:

A wonderful hotel that is clean, hygienic, and very well maintained. The staff is cooperative and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The fitness center is well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with your workouts. Special thanks to Pooja and Bhumika at the front desk for their helpful and friendly service. The food is delicious, with a great variety offered at breakfast. Keep up the excellent work, team!

Disappointing F&B Service and Lack of Basic Hospitality

I would like to share feedback regarding the F&B service during my stay. The staff appeared quite casual in their approach and lacked empathy while interacting with guests. There was a noticeable absence of warmth and attentiveness, which is essential in hospitality.

Additionally, the water bottles provided did not seem properly cleaned, which raised hygiene concerns. The staff did not proactively engage with guests—no one came forward to ask about preferences or check if anything further was required.

Overall, the level of hospitality felt below expectations. There was minimal initiative from the team to ensure guest comfort or satisfaction, and service felt reactive rather than proactive. Improved training in guest engagement, hygiene standards, and attentiveness would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Avoid booking this hotel its very I’ll maintained
Pros:

I am sad that seeing Marriott name I booked this property. Nothing is functional here. Its very dirty and a very bad location and has ill trained staff. Please avoid booking this place.

The location is good.

Cons:

Rooms are very tiny as compared to other Mariott Fairfeild hotels. Very limited food options. In room dining service is very bad. We requested for tea and club sandwich but even after 1 hour despite multiple reminders they were unable to provide the sandwich. They mentioned they do not make sandwich in house and need to procure from outside. This is not expected from Mariott.
