Went with my girlfriend as part of our anniversary. They accommodated my requests, and gave us anniversary related surprises which were very nice!
We also had a couples massage/spa treatment which was amazing, the facilities were clean and very up to expectations.

Great amenities
There was nothing not to like
Centrally located close to Liverpool Street station. Very friendly staff and lovely bars/restaurants. The rooftop restaurant Aviary had a real cool vantage point across London.
Told the property it was a birthday trip and they arranged cake and balloons in my room - very thoughtful! We also received a complimentary Paddington stuffed toy when we mentioned our daughter loved the movie, that was a really nice touch!

The location was great for the City. Breakfast choice was good and staff organised and friendly.
The guests in the rooms next to us were very noisy playing music, talking and singing from 3am onwards. We rang reception at 3.30am to alert them. We could not sleep because of the noise.
We even went to reception and the manager was not interested.

We can only stress how family friendly this place is. Access to the pool, welcome surprises for our daughter (Paddington Bear and a drawing book), quiet room and a special chocolate cake dessert. Than you Adriana and Sahil for making our stay special!
