Pros:

The staff were very respectful, polite, and extremely helpful. They made our vacation amazing and unforgettable.
The Honeymoon room was beautiful, and they kindly upgraded us to a sea view room, which was even more beautiful and perfect.
I would like to sincerely thank all of them, especially the reception staff who were there on our first night. The whole team was fantastic, friendly, and professional.
I will definitely visit again and highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

The place is calm and quiet. The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite with special mention to Haroon, Ahmed and Mohaned whose services were outstanding.

Cons:

Очень холодные и грязные номера. Персонал каждый день меняется, никто ничего не знает ( как с чистого листа начинаешь каждому доказывать,что ты бронировал номер). Обещал букинг позднее выселение, в результате нас выгнали из номера в 12.00. Мужчины работники более компромиссные, чем женщины. В отеле идут ремонтные работы, постоянно шум и разнорабочие… не рекомендую
