Great location great rooms
Pros:

Best stay. Rooms were beautiful. Water with lemon in Lobby was perfect. The electric car shuttle was hands down the best part. No walking!

Great location for walking to just about everything Salem has to offer. Very attentive staff at the front desk, bar and housekeeping. We did not eat in the restaurant.

The best housekeeping staff by far of any company.
Pros:

The friendly staff and the chocolates.

Cons:

Our toilet was running off and one the whole stay. We told the front desk and have no idea if they tried to have it fixed.
