Excellent hotel and Excellent staff, very good facilities, Spa, Gym, good size rooms.
Excellent location and beach and restaurants near by.

This was my fourth visit to Alila Seminyak. This hotel is exceptional.
Location, staff, food,spa and activities 5 star.

Location amazing, Beach access and view excellent, staff at Beach Bar and SeaSalt amazing. Rooms noisy and Reception team hopeless, specially when addressing a request through dialing "0".

I stay in Alila for couple of times whenever am in Bali.

This is a resort that goes above and beyond. The grounds and building were beautifully kept. Every single staff member was beautiful and kind and caring. We felt so well looked after. The infinity pool is a lovely, tranquil space for adults only and the wonderful staff were attentive to our needs while there. The location is great and it feels like you're right out of the bustle and yet when you step out of the resort you're right in the middle of it. Close to fantastic restaurants and shopping.

The facilities were excellent and the staff were exemplary, we will certainly stay at Alila again when next in Seminyak.

One of the best hotel experiences in Bali. The location is perfect in Seminyak, the view from the pools is the amazing, the food is good, rooms are beautiful and clean and the gym is well equipped. And above all, the staff are so welcoming and friendly. I really highly recommend this place 😊

Simply Outstanding – The Best Hotel We’ve Ever Stayed In

We recently stayed at Alila Seminyak and I can honestly say it was one of the most incredible hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Having travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels over the years, this one now sits firmly as our number one.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble and every request was met with a genuine smile and eagerness to help. What really stood out was how welcoming they were to our 4-year-old son. They made him feel completely at home, which made the whole experience even more special for our family.

The cleanliness and presentation of the hotel was flawless. Our room was always immaculate and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job. There was constant bottled water replenished, nightly turndown service, and the highlight for our son — towel figures left in the room which he absolutely loved. Those small touches really made the stay memorable.

The breakfast each morning was sensational. What we loved most was the flexibility — you could choose from the buffet, order from the menu, or mix between both. There was a fantastic range of Indonesian dishes as well as Western options, so there was something for everyone and it never felt repetitive.

The beach bar was another highlight. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxing by the ocean, the service was outstanding, and the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and drinks.

A special mention also goes to the concierge team, who were incredibly helpful. They assisted us with planning arrangements for my wife’s 40th birthday, as well as helping with various other plans and requests during our stay. Their support and attention to detail really made the celebration special.

Overall, the staff truly make this hotel what it is. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests sets Alila Seminyak apart from anywhere else we’ve stayed.

We travel frequently and stay in many hotels around the world, but Alila Seminyak stands above them all. We will absolutely be returning.

Alila is an exceptional beachside resort with beautifully maintained grounds, lovely pools in an excellent central Seminyak location . The staff are all outstanding, so friendly, helpful, welcoming and professional. They make the trip truly memorable. The rooms are well designed and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet at Seasalt is one of the best I've experienced. Will definitely return.

Great stay overall. Relaxing and although the monsoon weather is a bit off, spend most of the time in the hotel, including Seasalt.

We had such a fantastic stay at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were genuinely warm and friendly. Every interaction felt welcoming and nothing was ever too much trouble. It really set the tone for the whole experience.

The cleanliness of the entire hotel was exceptional. From the rooms to the common areas, everything was spotless and beautifully maintained, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing throughout our stay.

The restaurants were excellent, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. Each meal felt thoughtfully prepared and consistently impressive.
