Had a great experience at this property. I’ve been coming here since the summer of 2024. The staff are very attentive and accommodating; Fatma and Gulsan from house keeping really stood out for their kindness and attention to detail. Highly recommend this property.

Had a great nostalgic return, I was welcomed by Duty Manager Volkan and its was great to know you still have the best customer service from all the Crowne Plazas I've been to around the world. Also would like to thank Handan Gizem for the morning welcomes at breakfast buffet.

Pros:

My stay at Crowne Plaza Istanbul Florya was truly amazing. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Everything felt organized and welcoming.

I would also like to highlight the restaurant “Salamina” it was excellent. The food was delicious and there was a wide variety of options. The breakfast in particular had many choices, including different types of eggs and a great selection of jams and dishes. Everything was fresh and well prepared.

What really made my experience special was the staff. I would like to personally thank (Gizem , Handan,caesar )and her colleague for their outstanding service. They were extremely kind, friendly, always smiling, and very professional. Their warm attitude made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

I participated in a conference and all was well organized regarding the support.
However, for tourists with interest to visit the old town etc. it is too far outside.

Séjour très agréable dans cet établissement. L’emplacement est idéal, avec une belle vue et un accès facile aux environs. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. Les installations de l’hôtel sont de qualité, notamment les espaces communs et le service proposé. Rien à redire sur le confort global

Cons:

Le seul point négatif concerne la climatisation. Lorsque nous l’utilisions pour chauffer la chambre, une forte odeur de cigarette se dégageait, rendant l’atmosphère vraiment désagréable. Il semble que l’odeur provienne du système d’aération, probablement liée à des chambres où il est permis de fumer. C’était assez dérangeant, surtout la nuit.
