Pros:

las areas verdes y los animales
el staff fue muy amigable tambien

Cons:

cambiaron la piscina principal, la volvieron como solo para niños. también se deshicieron de el jacuzzi que una vez fue parte de la piscina grande. quedamos muy decepcionados.

O Los Tajibos é uma excelente escolha em Santa Cruz. Com ótima localização, o hotel oferece muito conforto e uma estrutura bem cuidada. O staff merece destaque: simpático, atencioso e sempre disposto a ajudar, o que faz diferença na experiência.

Para quem viaja em família, é um acerto. As crianças realmente aproveitam — a piscina é um grande atrativo, e os pavões e tartarugas dão um charme especial, criando um ambiente agradável e divertido.

Em resumo: confortável, bem localizado e especialmente acolhedor para famílias.

Sehr schöne Anlage, aber etwas speziell beim Check-In
Pros:

- sehr schöne Außenanlagen
- tolles Gym und schön, dass es einen Schwimmbereich nur für Erwachsene gibt
-Service war meist sehr aufmerksam

Cons:

- Check-in war nicht einmal 10 Minuten früher möglich (das kenne ich so nicht)
- mir sollte erst ein höherer Betrag als bei Booking dargestellt abgerechnet werden, da ich angeblich ein Upgrade bekommen habe
- der Herr am Check-In war unfreundlich zu mir, als ich ihn auf die Kosten hingewiesen habe.
- ein Rudergerät im Gym wäre noch genial (aber das ist meckern auf sehr hohen Niveau)

Super location. Very good hotel. Much more expensive than some nearby non-quite-so good hotels.
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were very helpful. The spa is great.

Cons:

The AC was not very strong, so my room (215) got hot and sticky at night.
