Comfortable stay with a hot delicious breakfast
Pros:

Rooftop pool and lounge area were great and the breakfast was exceptional. View from hotel room was nice watching the cargo ships go by. The hotel smells fabulous when you walk in also! Reminds me of Abercrombie.

Cons:

Dishwasher did not work and construction fence across the street made it inconvenient to access the ferry dock because you could not walk across the parking lot even though there was not any construction going on. Just a fence surrounding and blocking the parking lot.

They were cleaning the windows and they didn't warn you about the chemicals falling. Very expensive!!

Pros:

Hello. We like location and room was clean however the window air conditioning units were not efficient. They were either too cold or too hot, very loud. We were on the city side view and our room was on the main street. It was very loud.

all in all a very nice place, friendly and reasonable

Location was nice, good view from the balcony
Loved it was in walking distance of local shops and restaurants.

Cons:

My mattress had a hump. Sheets were cold, couldn't get warm. Had to use the extra blankets.

I was happy with the hotel, but not with Amanda, one of the managers, attitude.
Pros:

We were happy with the hotel itself, but were disappointed that we did not get the room as pictured.

Cons:

The room I booked was not the room I paid for. The bed was to face the window and it did not.

I spoke to the Manager, Amanda, and she gave me the runaround saying it is Booking.com's error. Amanda's false statements, not solving the problem after a week of dodging the issue.

We would like to be partially reimbursed for the room not being as pictured. Amanda should be reprimanded for her rude response to me. If you need more detailed information, you can email me at fshaw9@gmail.com.
