Super Lage und freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt perfekt und man kann in wenigen Schritten das Besucherzentrum erreichen und ist nach wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in Williamsburg.
Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
Frühstück ist in Ordnung, wenn auch recht voll.

Day trip to Colonial Williamsburg
Pros:

Excellent location for Colonial Williamsburg. Hotel was clean and very good activities if you have a family with school age children. Beds were very comfortable. Good breakfast.

Family spring break trip to Colonial Williamsburg
Pros:

Very nice place to stay with family/pets. Location is great, short walk to Colonial Williamsburg. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Property grounds were lovely. Included breakfast was pretty good. Kids loved the pool!

A must stay location!
Pros:

Beautiful grounds and accommodation. Staff is very friendly! Room was spacious and very comfortable. Easy walking distance to the visitor center and colonial bus servicewas a huge plus!

AVOID this hotel at all costs!!!
Pros:

Don't be fooled by the price or location. The only reason this hotel is still open and operating is because of the many surrounding school districts and they're field trip contracts. If you want a nice relaxing get away, book somewhere else. They admitely won't warn you if the hotel is hosting 3+ different school districts on the same weekend. You cannot enjoy any peace or amenities because 100s of unsupervised and inconsiderate students crowding the halls and common areas without regard for other guests. The daytime manager was completely indifferent and could care less about our concerns when checking out early. Even the roach we found in the 2nd floor hallway by our room was trying to escape. Truly a horrid experience. Do yourself a favor and choose somewhere or anywhere else other than this place.

I would defintely stay there again..its close to everything.
Pros:

The Room was very nice and roomy, bed was comfy. 2 TV's, the host was very pleasant and helpful. We were close to the visitor center for colonial williamsburg, where we used a shuttle bus. The rooms were very clean.

Cons:

We walked the property, needed some revnovations, the pool was nice, the breakfast was not what we were expecting..it was like a continental breakfast, so we ate else where.

Amazing place to stay
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is very large and clean. I like how the pool is open until 10pm. The kids loved the large assortment of play items in the splash pad as well. We didnt get to do putt putt this time, but it is included in your stay. Breakfast was great, the staff were very busy with a whole school there and they did a wonderful job. This was my first stay but it will not be the last.

Cons:

My only wish was that a microwave to be in the room. Everything else was great.

Great stay, will come again

Location of the hotel is unbeatable, close to Colonial Williamsburg, easy walk less than 10 minutes, the trail is nice too. It’s super clean, including breakfast, affordable, what else do you need for a hotel?

Nice, clean rooms and very quiet. The breakfast has a good selection and is self serve. Tickets to Colonial Williamsburg are included for the entire stay! Definitely a bargain. The staff are very friendly and helpful

Great family stay on a budget
Pros:

The Woodlands hotel was perfect for our family stay in Williamsburg. It shares a parking lot with the Visitor's Center and the free colonial town shuttle bus comes every quarter hour. The hotel was clean, very quiet, had comfortable beds and good pillows. NOTE that when they say 2 double beds, they mean 2 double/"full" size beds, NOT 2 queens. My family of 4 typically books a "2 double bed" hotel room whenever we travel and that usually means two queens that are easy to share. Beware if you are planning to sleep 2 adults in these doubles. They are SMALL. We got a rollaway delivered to the room which was great, though.
The breakfast options were good and each day there were 1-2 hot options (omelets, egg bites, coffee cake, etc.) The only thing the restaurant could use is more tables. During the morning rush, people were eating all over the lobby floor and couches since the restaurant room was packed.
I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting colonial Williamsburg and don't want to spend a fortune. The package we bought included 2 passes to the historical sites, which was a great savings and made the experience easy.
