First class hotel in a beautiful part of Romania

Exceptionala locatie, in mod sigur vom reveni!
Pros:

Excelent pozitionat, privelistea din camera superba, spre padure, camera este absolut deosebita, spatioasa, totul calitativ si cu un design exceptional. Serviciile exceptionale, peste asteptari. Foarte bun si restaurantul.

Cons:

Daca ar fi sa ma chinui sa gasesc ceva: ciudat pozitionata hartia igienica in raport cu toaleta; as fi pus un cos de gunoi in plus langa chiuveta si inca o cutie cu servetele in camera; chiuveta din baie era infundata, dar sunt sigura ca au rezolvat-o imediat dupa ce le-am spus.

Camera curată și spațioasă 10 din 10

Cons:

Am făcut rezervare cu o luna în urmă cu micul dejun inclus( plată în avans),surpriză cand am ajuns la recepție sa aflu ca rezervarea este fara micul dejun,😁si ca trebuie platit extra daca vrem acces etc,Va dați seama ,,manglă,, ieftina😁...si am ales vecinul de mai jos ( Teleferic)🥗🥞La final 🅿️ Parcarea contracost okk,no problem nu e vb de bani,dar pune frate parcare in preț sau specifică prima data sa vadă tot omul,nu dupa 3,4,5 zile de sejur sa existe costuri suplimentare de 300 400 ron,Aa da si sa fie tot finalul fericit 😁 ,,nu pt clienții,, sa vad cu stupoare ca îmi mai cere o data sa achit plata pe care am făcut-o cu 30,35 zile înainte.... Personalul de la recepție ne profesional...Locatia este Frumoasă și curată...dar dar...5 🌟 nu

The hotel atmosphere is great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious.
