This hotel is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed out in my life not just morroco purely down to the accommodating staff especially the very helpful manager lady called mme ardan hajiba she is excellent if you have any problem
At all she will sort it out 5 stars all round

The facilities where great, staff are fantastic, they offer transfers to and from the airport.

Breakfast had a great selection and the beds a really comfy

Good hospitality and friendly staff, specially Hajiba the hotel manager

Accueil très professionnel et sympathique, nous nous sentions comme chez nous et tout le personnel est souriant comme la directrice de l’hôtel qui nous a invité pour le repas du soir.
Petit déjeuner incroyable et d’une grande fraîcheur, varié et authentique ! Le meilleur de notre voyage et sans comparaison avec les autres…
Chambres très spacieuses et confortables.
Un des meilleurs hôtel que j’ai pu connaître sur ma vie de voyageur depuis plus de 40 ans !

Per il nostro soggiorno siamo stati molto bene, dall ospitalità e servizi ricevuti, noi viaggiavamo in moto l hotel dispone di un parcheggio e per noi questo era molto importante, inoltre l hotel è in posizione strategica vicino alla Medina e vicino ad altre attrazioni, come il museo Batha e Giardino Jnane Sbil, il Blue Gate e molto altro. La colazione è ottima e molto abbondante, la nostra camera al 4 piano era perfetta in tutto. La direttrice si è dimostrata molto professionale e attenta, come il resto del staff, ritorneremo certamente e lo consigliamo! Per visitare Fes.

Amazing experience and satf very friendly the manager was fantastic

It was a wonderful time in this hotels. They made everything easy for us, get us a tour guide for de Medina (who was espectacular too), bought for us ours train tickets, every morning gave us an especial breakfast. All the time everyone was so nice, helpful and respectful. I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The staff is very welcoming and the breakfast was really nice. From the restaurant you have a nice view of the surroundings. It is close to the medina but still very quiet. We could park right in front of the entrance. Great experience!
