The property features paid access to a thermal station at 200 MAD. The thermal station is open from Sunday until Thursday from 9 am to 6.30 pm and from Friday until Saturday from 9 am to 9.30 pm.
Children under 18 years old are not allowed inside the station but can benefit from spa treatments.
The thermal pool for women is closed, only one thermal pool for both men and women is open.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Le confort de la chambre et la piscine thermale
Le restaurant : nourriture et personnel loin d'être accueillant ou professionnel
Le personnel etait en majorité correct et attentionné. La piscine exterieur est grande, le personnel du spa tres accueillante et compétente.
Pour un hotel 4 étoiles on aurait pu s attendre a mieux! Le wifi fonctionne par intermitence, la teĺévision ne fonctionnais pas les chambres était négligé des nids de poussieres infame derrieres les tetes de lits, le balcon sale et pleins de toiles d arraignés le sol de la chambres et tout tordu il y a des trous de partout, la porte de la chambre était cassé et ne fermait pas a condition de la claqué fortement. Le prix de la piscine d'eau chaude est de 200 dh en supplement donc je ne comprend toujours pas le prix exorbitant de la chambre... les equipement de la piscine d eau chaude sont vetuste et mal entretenu... Un serveur en particulier a été tres impoli a seux reprise et la demi pension en buffet est une arnaque les choix sont restreint digne d'une simple cantine aucun name tag donc tu dois devinner ce que tu mange et les sauce que tu as dans des boles aucuns serveurs ne te prend la commande des boissons il faut que tu te dirige en caisse pour commander. Pour une colation j ai payer 90dh pour 3 gouriba, 3 fekas, 3 morceau de cacahuettes caramelisé et 3 macarons tous minuscules alors que ca coute max 90 dh le kilo dans une tres bonne patisserie... Le bagagiste a mis plus de 30 minutes a monté récupéré les bagages alirs nous les avons déscendu seul. Le personnel de sécurité te suit dans les étages comme si tu fesais des choses illégales les chambres ne sont pas insonorisé et la douches est vitré donc celui qui reste dans la chambre assiste a tout le spectacle... Enfin j ai payer un prix exorbitant pour un hotel 4 étoiles qui ne les vaut pas, mon peignoir avait des taches orange sur le col les relax a la piscine exterieur et interieur sont cassé. Tout est bon pour te faire payer en supplement le hamam a 440 dh ou avec massage a 700 dh ? Un homme vient me voir en me disant que j ai pas besoin de ma canne et qu il faut juste que je renforce mes muscles et perde du poid, il est devin le gars pour connaitre mes pathologie??

Nice reception staff and welcoming. Location is also nice and peaceful but bit far from city while close to thermal.
Housekeeping can improve. They clean the room but did not leave water, and tea bags. They only left me one towel but arranged them after calling them 3 times.

Lo que más me ha gustado mucho son las aguas termales de Moulay Yacoub, la comida y la limpieza del hotel.
La piscina exterior le falta un poco más de limpieza.
En la tarifa de Booking no está incluido el acceso a las aguas termales.
