Besides the negative it was lovely, staff speak English very well; felt welcomed very accommodating

Cons:

I do speak Portuguese, but the man at the reception desk had a very strong accent that was almost impossible to understand. He explained how the parking worked in a very confusing way. The good news is that there are signs in the parking area that explain everything clearly—he could have communicated it more clearly to avoid confusion. The spa area was not fully up to standard: some towels were missing, and the steam room was not working.
