場所は最高。部屋は綺麗。

レコード機の代わりにTVが欲しかった。せっかく良い雰囲気なのに、アメニティの質が悪いのが残念。1Fのレストランが全く機能的でなく、期待外れだった。

A well located hotel which is very nice but has a failed “concept” centred around a record player.
Pros:

A very nice hotel right by the TV tower in Odori Park. The staff were pleasant and the rooms were nice.

Cons:

The rooms didn’t have a TV, instead they had a record player and a speaker. While the record players seemed to work fine, the speakers didn’t work and we had to ask reception to fix it. It took two members of staff a good while to get it running. The whole thing was a bit of a gimmick and disappointing - a real misfire. It would be much better to just have a TV that works.

There could be more washing machines, there were only two I could find for the whole hotel.
