Bonne localisation et spa/bain chaud est un plus!
Pros:

La localisation à 5 minutes du métro, nishiki market à 20 minutes à pied.
Le bar sympa avec des cocktails pas chers pour l'happy hour
Le spa/sauna et bain chaud
Le personnel toujours disponible

Cons:

L'agencement de la chambre un peu trop en longueur, difficile de circuler avec les valises alors qu'on avait pris une chambre plus grande

Pros:

Tiene una recepción muy acogedora y cuenta con servicio de lavandería (económico).
El chico que nos ha atendido en el check out ha sido muy amable, le ha explicado al taxista donde debía dejarnos y nos ha ayudado con el equipaje, siempre con una sonrisa.

Cons:

Llegamos al hotel bastante antes de la hora de poder realizar el check in y la persona que nos atendió nos informó que podíamos dejar las maletas en un almacén que tienen. Cuando volvimos, horas más tarde, la persona que nos atendió no ha sido demasiado hospitalaria, no nos ayudó con el check que hay que hacer en la máquina, no nos explicó los servicios de los cuales disponíamos, poca empatía.

Pros:

Bon emplacement permettant l'accès à la gare de Kyoto et au métro. Certains sites touristiques, comme le Kiyumizu Dera, à 30min à pied.

Pros:

The location was great, staff fantastic professional and friendly. Need to speak slowly in english though.
Rooms were fine, not fancy but comfortable for a short stay.

Cons:

The breakfast options were terrible, especially the sausage on the chicken bone! I had no words for this.
Also, the staff said if we had the takeaway cups purchased from the hotel we could get unlimited coffee and tea for free at the bar. When i went to order my latte, the staff said no sorry its only drip coffee.
This was perculator coffee, gross !

Beautiful hotel and will staying here again!
Pros:

The rooms here are generous and well laid out. It’s situated in a great area and it’s easy to navigate around Kyoto from here. Staff are professional and friendly. We will be staying here again soon.
