다시 가고 싶은 호텔
Pros:

산노미야역도 가깝고, 산노미야 중심가에 있어서 너무 편했습니다. 직원들이 전부 다 친절하고, 메이크업 룸도 너무 잘해주셔서 항상 청결했습니다. 조식은 메뉴가 다양하진 않지만 아침식사 할만큼 나온 듯 합니다. 객실도 다른 일본 호텔들에 비해 넓었습니다. 다음에 오면 무조건 다시 숙박하고 싶습니다. 어메니티 구비도 잘 되어 있고 좋습니다.

Cons:

세탁기/건조기가 너어어어무 잘 돼서 옷감이 좀 상하는 듯 합니다. 조식 메뉴가 조금 다양하면 좋을 듯 합니다. 나머지는 정말 다 좋았습니다.

Great base for exploring Kobe, but mind the room size
Pros:

Kobe is hands-down the best city for families with toddlers (ages 1-4) in the Kansai and Chubu regions. The seaside views are lovely, and the ropeway offers breathtaking scenery that the kids enjoyed. The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, which is very manageable, and the nearby food streets are fantastic for dining.

Cons:

The room is quite cramped. We had a 28-inch suitcase that couldn't be fully opened inside the living area; we had to leave it in the entryway, which blocked the path. If you are traveling with large luggage, be prepared for a tight squeeze.

Good place to stay in Kobe if you can tollerate a very firm mattress.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Close to the train stations, markets, etc. The room was very clean and well kept with enough space and functionality to be very comfortable for a couple. Also the breakfast was very nice and simple buffet of western style offerings that was perfect for travelers and reasonably priced.

Cons:

My only nit about this property is that the beds had mattresses that were very stiff and firm, almost like boards underneath. Not very comfortable.

Pros:

Great location, very near JR/subway, tourists spots, shopping malls. Hotel facilities are quite new. Bathroom is very big, but it would be better if sleeping space is bigger.

Cons:

Breakfast choices are not much, though you can still eat enough. Same menu everyday.
