Pros:

Que tuviera transporte pero solo a universal no tienen q Disney

Cons:

No hacen bien aseo, estuvimos 2 semanas y nunca hicieron aunque sea un día de aseo profundo.
La comida monótona todos los días lo mismo y estando tanto tiempo cansa y aburre.

La ubicación está espectacular. Las habitaciones son amplias, la limpieza súper buena y el personal maravilloso. Cuenta con desayuno incluido en el precio, bastante bueno. Nos gustó muchísimo

Pros:

O Hotel tem uma localização excelente e central, bem próximo as parques da Universal (oferecendo transporte gratuito em horários específicos de ida e volta) e próximo à lojas, restaurante e supermercado. Não se fazendo necessário o aluguel de carro, porém se fizer tem estacionamento gratuito.
Outra vantagem é o café da manhã incluso que já ajuda muito na logística da viagem.
No quarto há também frigobar e micro-ondas.

I was not happy that the power and cable was not available from time to time.

Great value and location is convenient.
Pros:

Room was great.

Cons:

Pool area was very shady and therefore alittle cold. Hot tub broken on first day the fixed the next. Free dinner was not good. Restaurant food for purchase was great. Free breakfast was decent but not as good as a Hampton inn for little reasons like no variety in daily offerings and no almonds for oatmeal. Whole Foods right across street.

Great Hotel
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, room service was great, they cleaned our room every day without needing any reminders. The breakfast was okay...... Great location, close to everything. The pool and hot tub was nice, I just wish the pool was warmed. My only complaint was our sink drained a little slow, but other than that , It was a great stay and I would definitely stay there again!

Drury Inn and suites will be my first choice in future travel
Pros:

Breakfast and happy hour were great.
All employees very friendly and helpful. Can't say it enough your employees made the stay over the top

Cons:

The bed mattress just couldn't get comfortable.
Shower head not adjustable. Not easy getting into shower, due to stepping over tub wall

Great and would recommend
Pros:

From walking in the the very nice man that checked us in through checkout, couldn't be happier.
Dinner was really great.
Room was clean. Hotel is clean and good location.
No complaints and would stay at again.
12 minutes to the orange county convention center.

Pros:

The staff we’re lovely you go t very good breakfast hot and cold, you also got dinner every night and it was really good and also 3 free alcohol drinks a night each snd the selection was great. There was also free coffee all day and cool drinks eg sodas etc all day and popcorn. We really enjoyed our stay here this hotel is doing everything right

Cons:

If I had to say something and its no big deal is probably just the location but to be honest we just caught ubers and if you go to universal’s studios they have free shuttle

Drury Inn Universal Studios Orlando is a Partner Hotel that offers a daily shuttle to the parks and also has a desk you can buy park tickets for Universal Studios Orlando. The hotel is conveniently located off I 4. The hotel is clean, staff friendly. The hotel offers a hot breakfast, and dinner in evenings. This hotel will not disappoint. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.
