Lo que más me gustó del hotel fue la vista, era un lugar mágico a orillas del río, se podía observar tanto la naturaleza como la fauna que la rodea, realmente un lugar muy hermoso y grato para descansar y relajarse.

Cons:

Quizás el estacionamiento podría tener mejoras a nivel de seguridad, ya que el lugar era abierto y sin personal fijo en el lugar, pero de todas maneras es una ciudad tranquila, con menos riesgos que en otros lados.

La ubicación, la calidez de su decoración, su restaurant, los jardines y acceso al río. El personal, maravillosos, muy atentos, tanto que siendo la primera estadía nos dieron un upgrade.

La ubicación, desayuno, amabilidad de la recepción

Cons:

La limpieza en habitacion , a tal extremo que un día no realizaron el aseo a la pieza cuando llegamos a las 16 horas aproximadamente , e ese momento llegamos mojados solo con ganas de disfrutar la habitación fue muy desagradable.
Con este tipo de servicios no está de acuerdo con el valor cobrado .

Maravilloso lugar
Pros:

Donde está emplazado el Hotel, su decoración, su motivación por incentivar el conocimiento de frutos del sector en su vivero, el acceso al humedal donde se ven los cisnes. Como fui por luna de miel, nos tenían chocolates de la zona maravillosos más la tinaja de agua caliente que la recomiendo. La piscina buena y sus instalaciones seguras. El comedor, lindo de todo mi gusto y la atención espectacular. El servicio de bicicletas para mi fue un plus gratuito muy valorado, gracias.

Cons:

El gimnasio le falta complementarse, no importa que sea pequeño, pero si contar con una trotadora o eliptica, más toallas o papel secante y alcohol gel, sería espectacular. Esto a modo de sugerencia
