Pros:

Clean, good location , my lock was not working so they repaired it quickly

Cons:

Very negative experience with one member of staff in the reception. Had my taxi for the airport scheduled at 4.15. At 4.25 when taxi was not there , receptionist just ignored me and didn’t try to call another taxi. They also tried to over charge me for it 300%. So next time, even if you stay, get Yandex taxi service. Other receptionists were helpful the night before.

Хорошее расположение

Cons:

Гостиница не соответствует цене, номера старые и убитые, унитаз не смывается, сантехника протекает, за 1700 евро на 5 дней это прямо перебор. Делал пометку номер на высоком этаже, в итоге получил самый низкий этаж, при заселении пытались поменять на номер с видом в стену и раздельными кроватями, мозгов у персонала ноль. Не останавливайтесь тут, в кишиневе есть новые отели с лучшими номерами и обслуживанием, этот отель не достоин носить имя сети Рэдиссон, он не соответствует не звездности, не фотографиям на букинге.

Great stay for a business trip
Pros:

Location, breakfast, cleanliness, perfect room for work, service at high level.

Cons:

Rough pillow, but it was changed immediately. Price for stay was high in comparison to other European cities - same hotel chain.

Заявлена зарядка для електромобілів виявилася непрацюючою. Парковка платна, що досить дивно як для готелю такого рівня і такої ціни за номер

Приятное было получить персональный комплимент от general manager Umit Yuksel 🤗👏
Pros:

Я часто путешествую, и для себя отметила что некоторые сетевые отели, в в последнее время незаметно, но ощутимо «просели» в качестве предоставляемых услуг.

Этот отель по прежнему держит планку заявленного сервиса на должном уровне. Персонал дружелюбен, приветлив, ненавязчив и удовлетворил все мои дополнительные пожелания: среди ночи по звонку принесли дополнительное одеяло, утром я проспала на завтрак, но меня все же накормили, сделали день-в-день поздний check out без доплаты.

Отдельно хочу отметить работу Duty Manager Геннадий. Он помог разрешить мою сложную форс-мажорную ситуацию и избежать дополнительных затрат в размере суточного проживания.
Спасибо, Вам, Геннадий, за Ваш высокий интеллигентный профессионализм ⭐️.

Un hotel care iti indeplineste toate așteptările intr-o minivacanta!
Pros:

Curatenia si profesionalismul la superlativ. Tot personalul amabil si de mare ajutor cu orice ai nevoie.
Am solicitat o camera pentru funatori si fiindca nu a fost posibil ni s-a facut un upgrade intr-o anexa care parea mai noua a hotelului cu o camera cu terasa. Camerele sunt foarte bine izolate fonic, paturile foarte comode. Minibarul dotat bine.
Mancarea la testaurante delicioasa, recomand!
