We have stayed at this hotel several times and have no complaints.
Pros:

Very friendly staff!

Cons:

We like a Complimentary breakfast. But we were happy with our paid breakfast.

0 star rating disgustingly unclean hotel
Pros:

It was terrible our first room had broke glass on the floor. And they gave us a second room which had white sticky crap all over the floor and on furniture. I would give it a zero star rating super dirty. You are better off sleeping in an alley it would’ve cleaner than this hotel. Every area looks as though it has never been wiped or cleaned.

Other than the wifi, everything was perfect.
Pros:

The room was great. The bed was too big! When I opened the door, the room temperature was perfect. This was one of the more recent hotels where it had a TV that actually worked!

Cons:

i couldn't connect to the wifi.

The amenities were all very good. Restaurant was great and the house bar was comfortable.

Cons:

When I arrived I was informed there was a stay 3 night and receive a $50 credit. I was not told, nor is there information on the printed advertisement that the credit is for a future visit. When discovered this i was quite angry, as I felt it was false advertising. This will certainly influence my decision on where to stay on future travel, as this was a truly negative experience. So much so that I told the desk person to keep the credit, don't send me the email. Walter Field

Thank you for the stay!
Pros:

I liked that the property was close to YYC and that they provided a free shuttle to and from the airport. The front desk staff was exceptionally nice and super helpful even when I had really silly questions. The restaurant had a good menu and the service was great. My room was clean, comfortable and my bed was so comfy.

Cons:

There was really nothing I could say I didn't like.

Very pleasant stay and excellent customer service. I'd suggest staying here, especially with the reasonable price.
Pros:

Arrived at 3:00am and was told we could check out at 12:00noon instead. Very considerate.

Cons:

Noisy hallway, even at 9:00am. The TV wouldn't shut off, we had to unplug it after trying to shut it off three times.

Exactly what we needed
Pros:

A hotel close to the airport to catch an early morning flight next morning. It was too early for the shuttle so they paid for a taxi to get us to the Calgary Airport
