Pros:

Boa localização próxima ao centro com lojas e restaurantes, cama confortavel e bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Passamos calor no quarto, pois nessa época do ano, nos falaram quando avisamos que o ar não estava funcionando, nao é permitido ligar o ar condicionado. Foi uma noite de sono mal dormida.

Ancona merita una visita
Pros:

L'insonorizzazione degli infissi è eccellente: si può beneficiare della vista sul mare e sul porto senza essere infastiditi dal rumore dalla strada sottostante. Le dotazioni della camera e la qualità dei letti con scelta dei cuscini sono di prim'ordine. Ottimo anche il servizio di prima colazione e di valet parking.

Cons:

Forse il prezzo del garage è un po' elevato.

The most perfect to stay after a long drive from london before catching the ferry to Greece.
Pros:

Everything. The staff are charming and helpful. The bedrooms and extremely comfortable and the bathrooms really clean with lovely toiletries. My favourite hotel in Ancona. Probably the one of best hotel I’ve stayed at in Italy.

When next in Ancona we would definitely stay again at the Grand Palace.
Pros:

Great location , lovely room with a view of the port, valet parking for the car and a very nice breakfast selection the next morning .
Helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

Well …..
Not the hotels fault that we stayed on the night their restaurant was closed .
They recommended a place just up the hill to eat which we thought was probably the worst meal we have had in Italy . Unfortunate .

Ottima posizione , colazione ricca e di buona qualità

Cons:

Il sistema di ricircolo dell’aria non c’è. Camera calda senza possibilità di utilizzo del climatizzatore . Non adeguato isolamento dall’esterno , la notte si sentono gli schiamazzi dalla strada . Costo del garage esagerato (20 euro al giorno) . Personale della reception poco empatico, sembrava che si desse fastidio quando si chiedeva l’intervento per problemi della camera . Un suggerimento… siate più sorridenti e meno musoni

Fabulous stylish comfortable hotel with parking in great location
Pros:

We liked everything. Comfortable bed. Clean spacious room. Good wifi. Good size TV. Lovely classy decor. Good shower. Sufficient room in bathroom. Nice toiletries. Hair dryer is a decent normal plug-in hair dryer with a good length of cord (not one of those horrible ones attached to the wall). Nice linen. Can adjust room temperature to suit you. Helpful friendly staff. Parking inside the hotel (extra charge) - concierge parking. Breakfast was great! It had great and varied selections, food was fresh and tasty. Baked goods tasted like they came from an artisan bakery. They can cook eggs, omelette fresh if you ask. Great location. Short 5-10 min walking distance to cafes, restaurants, major shops, sights. Some sights are further but if you like walking you can get there. Some streets can be steep. There is an elevator in one spot.

Cons:

Maybe one day in the future upgrade the TV to allow for access to customer's streaming channels. Also hair dryer isn't powerful. Both these things are no big deal and we'd definitely stay there again.
