Pros:

Everything was great, the hotel provides a transfer to the train station. The reception staff was very friendly, we received an upgrade to the room. Excellent breakfast, relaxation area with heated pool. Ideal location for hiking or for a perfect day on the skis.

Idealny pobyt ze wspaniałym widokiem i niezapomnianymi zjazdami z lodowca.
Pros:

Od momentu przekroczenia progu czujesz że chcesz tu być. Czysto, przytulnie w alpejskim klimacie i luksusowo, miła i pomocna obsługa, świetne śniadania i wyjątkowa kawa. W cenie mini bar i przekąski w barze i w spa. Widok z balkonu na górę gór, świetnej jakości plecak trekkingowy do dyspozycji w pokoju. A to wszytsko za bardzo rozsądną cenę jak na Zermatt.

Spa ammenagé avec goût et ambiance.
Equipement de la chambre (machine à café et boisson mini bar sans alcool compris).

Cons:

Un petit mot en français à l'accueil aurait été agréable. En essayant le bon allemand on nous répond en anglais...

Nous avons regretté de ne pas pouvoir profiter du petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel dont le prix était inclus dans le tarif du séjour.
En effet , le buffet n'ouvre qu'à 7H30 alors que le départ du train touristique "Glacier Express" est prévu à 7H52.
Hélas, l'hôtel ne prévoit pas le service du petit-déjeuner à 7H00 pour les touristes qui font l'excursion du Glacier Express.
Modeste compensation : Nous avons eu droit à un sac en papier pour emporter quelques viennoiseries + tranches de pain avec barquette de beurre afin de petit-déjeuner dans le train. Aucune possibilité de transporter une boisson chaude ou froide .....
Au vu du prix de la nuitée, avec le petit-déjeuner compris, nous avons été particulièrement déçus.

Localização excelente, atendimento dos funcionários muito bom e excelentecafé-da-manhã. Local muito acolhedor!!

Cons:

O hotel não era 100% livre de fumo, pois nas varandas dos quartos vizinhos os hospedes fumavam. Como não fumamos, isso nos incomodou quando fomos utilizar este ambiente.

Cozy stay in the heart of Zermatt
