Fabulous intercontinental hotel, will return
Pros:

Great hotel with golf, racing, spa, great food, rooms were clean and good standard

Cons:

Breakfast started 6.30 so I missed out on eating breakfast at the property

Another spectacular experience
Pros:

Everything. My 2nd stay here and will continue to use this hotel. The facility’s were spot on , the staff are professional friendly. The rooms are clean neat and tidy and the surrounding area is picturesque the rooms have balconies. Which awesom for looking at stars of an evening/nighttime and if you like planes then well it’s on the flight path to Gatwick. Not to mention it’s perfectly cut 18hole golf course. The food is on point with its all you can eat breakfast and dinner is on point.

Great stay with helpful staff and fab sauna and steam room
Pros:

The bedroom was nice and spacious with plenty of comfortable furniture, and the bathroom was very good. The breakfast was tasty and staff were super helpful and friendly. The pool was small but nice and I loved the sauna and steam room.

Cons:

A few of the lights were not working my bedroom and although some these were fixed by my second night, it was a shame they were not working immediately. A couple of other things were a loose tile above a shower in the leisure facility which was a bit disconcerting. There was also a little water on the bathroom floor after using the toilet/shower. The breakfast was good but perhaps a little overpriced at £16pp.

Nicely located hotel but poor communication and staff decisions affected our staff

Pool closed all morning for 2 days every week but not communicated so very disappointing

Pros:

Amazing breakfast - so much choice. Couldn't have asked for more options.

Cons:

Nothing! Of course, it'd always be nice to pay less, but nothing was wrong at all.
