Food is not for everyone...... Chef is declaring that it's been made for the people of Indore only..... So hot that u need medicine to cover up..... Even for the plain indian yellow daal..... They don't care about the people from outside..... Everywhere u will find smell of pesticides...... ROOM SERVICE IS VERY GOOD SPECIALLY UMESH, MITHILESH AND SUYASH..... VERY PROMPT AND WITH GOOD GESTURE....

Fantastic experience during my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to unwind. The food was delicious with great variety and quality.
What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. Rakesh and Rahul were extremely helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special thanks to the reception team Jiya, Pavitra, Devansh, and Harmeet for their warm welcome, professionalism, and smooth service throughout.
Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

It was my first visit I came for a business trip and everything felt new and exciting during my stay , I met harmeet 4-5 times in the lobby area , we had a good conversations regarding our workkk.
Everytime she was asking my stay how's it going and all with smile.
The staff was courteous.
I stayed first time in sayaji hotel and that was worth it.
Bell desk team ( Rahul and Deepak jii ) are fantastic they helped to carry my luggage and place in the room.
Overall it was fantastic and wonderful stay.

I recently stayed at Sayaji Hotel Indore and would like to share my experience.
Overall, my stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The hospitality and service standards were truly commendable.
However, what stood out the most was an incident during the night when my child required urgent medical assistance. Being new to the city, we were quite anxious and unsure of how to proceed. At that moment, Mr. Pankaj (Manager) stepped in and handled the situation with exceptional care and professionalism.
He ensured that everything was arranged smoothly and made the entire process very easy for us, despite it being the middle of the night. His calm approach, personal involvement, and genuine concern made us feel supported and reassured during a stressful time.
It was evident that he truly understood our situation and went above and beyond to help us. Such a personal touch and helping nature are rare and highly appreciated.
I would highly recommend that whenever you are staying here, do connect with Mr. Pankaj for any assistance, he will ensure you are well taken care of.
