Vlak naast de snelweg mooi ruim en schoon.

Mooi ruim en lekker schoon.

Cons:

Voor uitchecken moest ik bijna een uur wachten. Er was een groep voor mij die allemaal een bon wilde hebben en er werkte maar een personeel dat vond ik minder. Daarnaast parkeren was met geld waar je enkel contant kon betalen.

Nein, das ist nicht in Ordnung und kann durchaus als Mangel am Vertrag gewertet werden – aber kein klassischer Betrug im strafrechtlichen Sinne (wie z. B. arglistige Täuschung mit Vorsatz zum Schaden). Es handelt sich eher um eine mögliche Vertragsverletzung oder einen Reisemangel, der dir Anspruch auf Preisminderung geben kann.Warum ist das problematisch?Mitte April liegt noch innerhalb der üblichen Heizperiode (in der Rechtsprechung oft vom 1. Oktober bis 30. April anerkannt). Hotels (als Beherbergungsbetriebe) müssen grundsätzlich eine funktionierende Heizung bereitstellen, damit das Zimmer zum vertragsgemäßen Gebrauch geeignet ist – ähnlich wie bei Mietwohnungen. Das ergibt sich aus dem Beherbergungsvertrag (§ 535 BGB analog).

Wenn sich der Betreiber des Hotels an Richtlinien entlang gehalten hätte....Heizung im Zimmer sowie ein ordentliches Frühstück.

Locatie was goed.

Cons:

Bed te klein. Ze werken met contant geld maar kunnen niet wisselen. Ik moest de parkeergarage betalen maar ze konden geen € 50,- wisselen.

Locatie is dichtbij het vliegveld wat het mooi maakt voor reizigers. Ook in de omgeving van het vliegveld was supergoed, met veel restaurants, taxi en tram die je naar de stad brengen.
