O quarto, amplo e muito confortável, proporcionou uma estadia agradável, com espaço generoso e ambiente acolhedor, ideal para o descanso.
A alimentação foi um dos pontos altos da experiência, tanto pela qualidade quanto pela variedade oferecida. O café da manhã apresentou opções fartas, bem preparadas e constantemente repostas, com ótima variedade de frutas e pães, atendendo plenamente às expectativas.
A cordialidade e a educação dos funcionários também merecem reconhecimento, com uma equipe sempre atenciosa, prestativa e disposta a proporcionar a melhor experiência possível. Destaco, em especial, a equipe da recepção, que gentilmente nos permitiu o acesso ao quarto antes do horário oficial de check-in, demonstrando sensibilidade, eficiência e excelente acolhimento.

Apenas uma ressalva em relação à área da piscina: a água poderia ser um pouco aquecida, e a escada de acesso também poderia ser ajustada.

A piscina é feita para não usar. Durante o dia muito sol e não deixaram colocar um guarda sol nas mesas. Durante a noite o vento frio e a água gelada impedem vc de ficar la.

Retornamos a Maceió depois de alguns anos e nos hospedamos novamente no Best Western Premier, já que nossa primeira estadia tinha sido perfeita. Foi a escolha certa - equipe nota 10, quarto grande, novo e confortável, café da manhã bastante variado, ótima localização. Ficamos em uma das novas suítes, bastante espaçosa e confortável. Enfim, é o nosso hotel em Maceió.
