Pros:

Clean hotel. Felt safe and secure. Easy check-in, even very late at night. And simple check-out early in the morning out of usual hours. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Room a bit outdated. Hair dryer didn't work in the room. Construction in building adjacent wasn't aware of prior to the booking (not hotels fault, but a heads up would be nice)

Hotellet er et bra valg hvis du ønsker å bo i Liverpool sentrum
Pros:

Beliggenhet. Hotellet ligger i gangavstand til Liverpools butikker, restauranter og nattliv. Rommet var romslig og senga god å ligge i. God frokost og trivelig bar område.

Cons:

Frokosten er dyr, og rommet var denne gang ut mot trafikkert gate, hørte støyen fra biler tidlig på morgen.

Good hotel in a good location but hopeless reception check-in and God help you if you need to get to
Pros:

Pool is a great bonus

Cons:

They stay here every year for a work project but year after year the reception is still just as bad... Painfully slow doesn't even describe how slow check-in is and if you have more than four people waiting you could be waiting an hour.
If you want to run a hotel with minimal staff, at least have the decent tea to have check-in booths where you can check in for yourself as the current method is hopeless. You have a mix of everyone trying to ask questions. Check in and get a card to use the pool and gym resulting in huge waiting times to do anything.

Great location, good value for money and friendly staff

Cons:

It was restrictive booked slots for pool, while I understand why it didn't always seem like people kept to slots and would be easier to be able to do so online

Lovely staff, great location

The breakfast selection was great, and a great price.

Cons:

The pillows weren’t great and the kettle in my room was held together with tape and leaked everywhere.

Pool, gym, food, staff, location.
All amazing

Cons:

Toilet with no wash basin, cleaning wasn’t the best, smelled of sewage for a while until we sprayed air freshener, very noisy due to building works next door, from 6am.

Extremely friendly staff, loved the fact that we didn't have to check out until 12pm. Secure parking, wonderful facilities. Couldn't have asked for more
