Everything in hotel, staffs are very polite and friendly. Room is clean, big, new and with many extra things provided, like hair dryer, lock safe and iron etc.
Slightly outside of city center location
The property was close to the city centre and bus station. The night staff was very helpful with helping us find out information about taxis and was helpful getting warm milk for my daughter.
My window was very dirty, this could have been cleaned so guest don’t end up looking through a dirty window.
Lovely place
We had a problem with the sink in our first bedroom which couldn't immediately be fixed, so were moved to another room (and this seemed an upgrade as there was an armchair in that room - and we couldn't remember seeing one in the first room!).
All the staff came across as very friendly, and willing to take a minute to speak with us.
Breakfast and the restaurant evening menu food was really nice too.
The main restaurant area was closed for a buffet on our second night - I think for a tour group. That in itself worked out ok as we could still sit and eat at a dining table in the more relaxed bar area...we just felt that some advanced warning, such as a sign in reception or indeed having it mentioned to us the previous night when we also ate in the hotel would have been helpful...just in case we had wanted to do something else as a result.

Bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows were really hard. Shower was very small.
leonardo hotel in central exeter is the most comfortable clean and well managed hotel its such a joy to stay there the breakfast buffet is really great with fresh hot and cold quality food with many choices for different tastes and needs...the rooms are very spacious the lovely rooms are always spotlessly clean and with quality bedding super comfortable beds plus lots of amenities in the room too...

Convenient location close to the centre. Staff excellent, breakfast was fine. Room had all the facilities for the stay.
Pedestrian crossing to access the hotel was difficult to navigate at the roundabout. Cars came from a blind bend.
