Would highly recommend this hotel for groups and families.
Pros:

The greeting from the staff was amazing. They were unbelievably helpful and accommodating. The room was excellent, the bar was perfect. We arrived for breakfast towards the end of the morning, and they even made us some more bacon. Excellent service. They have all the small things nailed down.

Cons:

Very disappointing experience

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay. I was traveling with my children, and during our stay, I lost my wallet at the hotel. I reported it immediately, but it was never found.

The situation was extremely stressful, as the wallet contained my money and personal documents, leaving me in a very difficult position while traveling with children.

What is even more concerning is the lack of proper response and follow-up from the staff. In a situation like this, I expected a much higher level of responsibility, care, and support. Instead, the issue did not seem to be treated with the seriousness it deserved.

This incident significantly affected my overall impression of the hotel. I would strongly advise future guests to be very careful with their belongings, as the handling of such situations appears to be inadequate.
