Bardzo przyjemny, komfortowy. Już chcę go powtórzyć. Latem będzie okazja.

Wymarzona lokalizacja, śniadanie z bardzo dużym wyborem dań i produktów. Cicho, czysto, miła obsługa, dodatkowe atrakcje (basen, siłownia). Piękny, klimatyczny obiekt, bardzo ładne wnętrza. Bardzo wysoki standard jakościowy!

Wyjątkowy hotel przy Manufakturze
Pros:

Hotel wyjątkowy. Obsługa bardzo dobra. Śniadania bardzo dobre i urozmaicone. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Jest możliwość skorzystania ze SPA. Świetna lokalizacja, przy Manufakturze.

Dramat. Patrząc po komentarzach nie jestem jedyn którzy dostali brudny apartament

Nic. Proszę naprawdę przeczytać opinie zanim zdecydujecie się dokonać tutaj rezerwacji.

Jest to najbardziej SKANDALICZNY pobyt w hotelu, jaki miałem przez 30 lat podróży.Nadmieniam, że gościem hotelu byłem od ok.10 lat.
Zdecydowałem się na apartament w cenie 977zl za dobę plus 70zl za parking. Po wejściu do apartamentu uderzył mnie brzydki zapach. Chcąc zlokalizować jego źródło, przeszedłem się po pokojach. W łazience znalazłem liczne ślady po poprzednich gościach-zużyta rolka papieru, plamy na ścianach prysznica, podłodze i przy umywalce.Szklane drzwi całe w tłustych plamach.W ekspresie zgniła kapsułka a resztki kawy oblepiały wnętrze maszyny. Obok samego urządzenia liczne białe plamy.Krzesła w plamach. Zagłówek łóżka w sypialni oraz fotel pokryty grubą warstwą kurzu. Powiadomiłem recepcję, która w bólach przysłała po 1H serwis sprzątający.Sęk w tym że płacąc niemałą kwotę za dobę, chcę wejść do czystego pokoju. Poprosiłem o zamianę pokoju na taki sam lub standard wyższy. Pomimo dostępności apartamentów na booking, odmówiono. Poprosiłem zatem o zwrot pieniędzy i TU opiszę sytuację, która zasługuje żeby pani w niebieskich włosach zaczęła wspinać się po szczeblach kariery zaczynając od hostelu. Usłyszeliśmy, że WYJŚĆ Z HOTELU MOŻEMY, ale pieniędzy za niewykorzystaną dobę NIE ODDADZĄ. Na recepcji niebieskowłosa pani ostentacyjnie odbierała połączenia telefoniczne, w przerwach obrażając mnie jako klienta. Stwierdziłem, że mój spokój wart jest więcej niż ten tysiąc zł. Zresztą porozumienie z tą "menadżer" nie byłoby możliwe z racji zupełnie odmiennych poziomów wysławiania się.EDIT-absurdalna odpowiedź hotelu robiąca z klienta głupka. Oddaliscie pieniądze dopiero PO moim tel,wysłaniu zdjęć i powiadomieniu Booking oraz ich interwencji.Smialiscie się mi w twarz ze wyjść można ale za dobę niewykorzystaną nie oddacie.Ja nie zbiednieje i nigdy nie zapomnę upokorzenia.
