Reservamos taxi para la mañana siguiente y no lo tenían reservado. Hicimos el check out y se desentendieron. Gracias a una persona de recepción que nos ayudó.

Good place to stay in an amazing city.
Pros:

Good location, decent size pool and the food was very good (if a little pricey). Room was a decent layout and plenty of space.

Cons:

Little touches would have made the stay perfect.
Check in it took me to chase to find out our room was ready (had advised flight arrival time). Even when the room was ready they didn’t come to tell us. I had requested a bed be made up for my daughter - it wasn’t and took an age.
Food in the hotel is top end on price.
Some of the staff are really good - room cleaners and pool attendants - the reception staff are not quite as on it and it took over 40 mins and 3 chasers for a drink to arrive after ordering.
All minor points but overall would recommend.

Séjour très agréable mais regrettons d avoir eu un hôtel en travaux pour le désagrément et prix

Carte chambre qui se désactive milieu de séjour

Cons:

Établissement en travaux lors de notre séjour : salle de petit-déjeuner installée dans le bar, restaurant et piscine intérieure fermés, peu d’espaces de détente.

La chambre attribuée au rez-de-chaussée était aménagée PMR (lavabos très bas), ce qui n’était pas très pratique alors que l’hôtel n’était pas complet.

Au vu des prestations proposées, les tarifs paraissent élevés et ne correspondent pas vraiment à un hôtel 5 étoiles.
