Hotel in sehr guter Innenstadtlage.
Pros:

Service im Foyer am morgen. Möglichkeit umsonst Kaffee, Wasser und kleine, frische Croissants zu genießen.

Cons:

Information zu dem bei uns stattfindenden Marathonlauf am Abreisetag. Falsche Informationen wegen der Strassensperrungen , auch kein Hinweis von dem Event bei Buchung. Auch nur ein Servicepersonal im Foyer am Nachmittag. Lange Wartezeit.

We really loved the central location of the hotel - near everything you want to see. Service was good, rooms were clean.

Pros:

Sehr komfortables Hotel, super Lage direkt auf der Kö. Mitarbeiter allesamt freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sind OK, nur, wenn man ein Zimmer in der 10. Etage hat, ist es bei wärmeren Wetter stickig und warm.

Cons:

Eindeutig die Preise. Für das Frühstück 50 € finden wir für überzogen.
