Pros:

Location is perfect, rooms are spacious, pool facilities and breakfast were both amazing.

Cons:

There were a few bits on the carpet in the room. Generally it was very clean, especially the bathroom but the carpet just looked like it needed another vacuum.

Excellent experience
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Muscat and were very satisfied overall. While the hotel may look a bit older from the outside, the interior has been beautifully renovated and feels elegant, modern, and very welcoming.
The facilities are a real highlight. The padel tennis courts and tennis courts are excellent, and the pool areas are spacious, well maintained, and perfect for relaxing.
Breakfast was absolutely fantastic — a great variety, excellent quality, and very attentive service. In fact, all of the restaurants were highly recommendable; we enjoyed every meal we had at the hotel.
A special mention goes to the New Year’s Eve celebration, which was exclusively for hotel guests and very well organized. It was clear that a lot of thought and effort went into creating a memorable evening.
Most importantly, the staff truly made the difference. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful — from the restaurant teams to the housekeeping staff.
Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience in Muscat , Oman

A truly exceptional hotel. The reception was wonderful, the rooms were clean, tastefully furnished, and the service was outstanding. The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff, from the manager to the assistants and chefs, were all professional, especially Maher and Ghada. The overall atmosphere was positive and wonderful. The hotel's location was excellent, offering privacy and quiet, with prices commensurate with the services provided. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends as my number one choice.

I was provided an upgraded room. Beautiful sunset view from room 604!
Thoroughly enjoyed the Incredible view of the sea, Muscat city and mountains from the nice balcony!
The room was perfect and comfortable.
I had an excellent and fresh apple danish and latte from Treat cafe.
Great customer service.

Great hotel for families and excellent location

Great service, clean rooms, perfect location- we loved our stay here!

We stayed as a family of 4, 2 adults, 2 kids. Room, bathroom and balcony were good size and well kept and clean.

We booked bed and breakfast and enjoyed the range of breakfast.

We loved the pool and enjoyed activities like table tennis.

There is cafe on site, enjoyed getting ice coffee and milk shake and coffee there. The lobby is spacious and great for reading, playing games, chilling.

The location is excellent, with Opera House nearby and the beach! There are some malls and restaurants by the beach also.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay!
