Buvome 2026 m. balandžio viduryje. Labai graži vieta – senamiesčio širdis. Kambarį ėmėme su vaizdu į jūrą, vaizdas nerealus. Jei imsite kambarį į kiemo pusę, matysite tik baseiną. Beje, baseinas ir gultai – didelis pliusas. Personalas draugiškas, kalba angliškai, tvarko aplinką, todėl švaru ne tik kambariuose.
Iš minusų – pusryčiai buvo vos šilti. Lova kambaryje nebuvo patogi, jautesi spyruoklės.

Прекрасное расположение и ухоженная территория отеля. Качество обслуживания на ресепшн.

Cons:

Если сравнивать с прошлым годом, то впечатления от отеля очень подпортились.
Номер: ужаснейшие подушки, которые, видимо, набивают самостоятельно (подушки - самоделки). Постельное белье уставшее, полотенца в номере 50 на 50 (или неплохие, или с дырками). Занавески с тюлью не стирали очень давно.... Это было очень неприятно. Уборка в номере - хорошо.

Завтрак: оооо, это разочарование. В конце 2023 года мы с подругой жили в отеле рядом, но завтракать ходили в Puding, так как завтрак там был прекрасным! Завтрак был неплохим и в декабре 2024, но в конце марта 2026 мы были с подругой сильно разочарованы. Выбор выпечки сильно сократился по сравнению с прошлыми годами, мясных нарезок уже нет, базовые сыры есть, но ничего особенного. Оливки, брокколи и зелень на месте - это очень радует. Менемен мне пришлось наливать в глубокую тарелку как суп, это было странно... Если Вы взяли номер без завтрака, то я настоятельно рекомендую заплатить за завтрак в другом месте. Облуживание в ресторане отеля зависит от смены. В одну смену мы получили прекрасное обслуживание, в две другие смены накрывали на стол сами.
Коктейльная карта в баре изменилась, что сильно расстроило подругу, так как она не нашла свой любимый коктейль с игристым.

Сильно омрачил тот факт, что в день выезда, когда моей подруге хотелось принять горячий душ в 11 утра после завтрака, - горячей воды не было, то есть была теплая, которую по заверениям работников ресепшн пытались нагреть два часа, но даже в 13 вода в душе была для моржей. Возможно, кого-то это не смутит, но горячий душ для нас с подругой - это must!

Definitiv empfehlenswert
Pros:

Alles super! Sauber und wirklich mal was besonderes.

Cons:

Es wird frühs und abends sehr laut aber das ist für uns voll in Ordnung gewesen.
Das Personal tut ein bisschen auf fancy und exklusiv nicht ganz sympathisch aber auch komplett auszuhalten.

Location is magnificent with a breath taking view.
Staff are so friendly and helpful. Although I am travelling with an infant, they were so welcomed and cheerful.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was no elevator and I had to carry out the stroller to the second floor every time.

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable

Mooist gelegen hotel in de oude stad.
Pros:

Prachtig hotel (mooier eigenlijk dan op de foto's), mooi uitzicht over haven. Goeie spa. Gezellige ontbijtruimte. Eigen parking (met beperkte plaatsen)

Cons:

Het nachtlawaai van de oude stad, een deel van het hotel is werfzone momenteel.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Eigener Parkplatz

Cons:

Die Anreise mit dem Auto durch die sehr engen Gassen der Altstadt ist eine Herausforderung.

Hôtel bien situé qui doit améliorer la qualité de service.
Pros:

*Emplacement central dans la Vieille ville d’Antalya.
*Chambre spacieuse.
*Femme de ménage efficace et à l’écoute.

Cons:

*Musique extérieure bruyante jusqu’à minuit environ, même avec les fenêtres fermées.
*La chambre ne correspondait pas à la réservation (donnait sur une ruelle et non sur la cour intérieure avec piscine).
*A l’arrivée, la chambre était poussiéreuse comme si le ménage n’avait pas été fait depuis plusieurs jours ; il n’y avait pas de gel douche, seulement du shampoing.
*Le personnel à l’accueil est très froid : aucun « bonjour » quand on passe devant, aucune question sur le déroulement du séjour ou sur la satisfaction du client. On a l’impression de les déranger quand on pose une question.
*Matelas assez peu qualitatif.
*Le petit-déjeuner est correct sans plus. Entre autres, une sorte d’orangeade est proposée mais pas de vrais jus. Le personnel au petit-déjeuner, comme à l’accueil, est froid et impersonnel : pas un sourire, pas un bonjour, on a l’impression de les importuner juste par notre présence.

Ein erlebnisreicher Städtetrip mit Mängeln im Hotel

Schöne Lage direkt an der Marina Antalya

Cons:

Unser Zimmer befand sich im hintersten Teil der Anlage und verfügte nur über ein kleines Fenster zum Inneren des Hauses, ohne Tageslicht. Dort lebten Katzen, die sich Tag und Nacht balgten, die Reinigungskraft hatte dort ihr Office und es gab einen Tisch, an dem andere Gäste bis später Abends saßen und es wurde geraucht. Wir reisten mit einem befreundeten Paar, die ebenfalls über Booking gebucht hatten und ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Hafen erhielten.
Der über Booking bestellte Flughafen Transfer war 21 Minuten zu spät am Hotel zur Abholung.
