Staff at every point of the stay were impeccable and made such a difference Breakfast was fantastic the range and quality couldn't be faulted. My wife is coeliac and this was so well catered for it was a pleasure for her
Only comment was that some of the equipment and decoration was looking a little tired

Hotel is lovely, in a really nice location.
Front door welcome staff were excellent.

Only 2 staff members checking in very large groups of people.

Multiple rooms were not ready for check in time and guests were told to sit in bar...
The Spa is not accessible to guests until 5pm. This was very disappointing. We weren't told this at check in.
Breakfast was not ready at the start time. No food in the buffet. Had to wait a long time before being able to have the hot food.
Everything was amazing from start to finish. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food was beautiful. Our room was so warm we had to keep the windows open which would be my only slight concern but all in all we had a great stay.
Bedroom was too warm which probably wasn't a bad thing ...just not to my liking.

Got upgraded to the most amazing room . Spotless , comfortable , warm bedroom and bathroom. Everything you could possibly need in a room.

Huge shout out to Barnaby , Dylan , lady at reception and serving staff who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional.
