Pros:

Ease of access from train after arriving from Gatwick plus great location for North Lane part of the city.
Staff were lovely, place was spotless

Cons:

Bar was noisy with snooker - can it not be located elsewhere?
Not enough bar seating

Pros:

Great location for exploring Brighton. However, i found it hard to find the Hotel.. Once you come off the platform and through the ticket barriers you kind of double back on yourself as if you're going to get a taxi. The hotel is opposite the station carpark.
Staff were friendly and I was able to drop my bag off early as my room was not ready.
The room was mostly clean, just a couple of minor things but it didn't spoil my stay.
I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Nothing really, just could do with some signage when coming out of the station. I know there is a small sign but this is only seen after you come in from the front of the station and is next to the platform.

Good value and great location
Pros:

Room was spacious and very comfortable.

Location is superb, less than 250 yards from Brighton station and 10-15 mins walk to the centre of Brighton

Cons:

The bathroom was a little dated and only had an over bath shower

Good Hotel, in a good location
Pros:

Room was nice, check-in easy

Cons:

My room overlooked the train station so a little noisy. Had my coat stolen from the bar, left it there when I went to bed and a member of staff handed it to someone without checking it was definitely theirs. Hotel have compensated me for the coat as they agreed was their error, which I appreciated.

Des nuits reposantes à deux pas de la gare !
Pros:

Hôtel situé près de la gare.
La chambre est bien isolée et la literie parfaite
Le personnel est agréable et souriant .
Le petit déjeuner est complet et bien fourni.

Cons:

Aucune remarque négative si ce n est le bruit de la ventilation de la salle de bains mais ça ne nous a pas à empêché du tout de dormir 😴

Pros:

Clean modern room. Comfy bed and fresh crisp bedding.

Cons:

I was woken about 2am by the wall behind me shuddering. May have been a heavy footed guest stayng next door...but then woken again by a loud clanking, again in the same room next door. I was room 514, so 513.

Expensive for what it was, disappointing.
Pros:

Check in staff were pleasant, check in was easy

Cons:

The room wasn't the cleanest, the bed was okay but the bin stank of vomit, the remote control was disgusting and the coffee/tea tray was not clean, no way would I have used the kettle or touched the remote control.

Bar staff rude and dismissave, the person making my G&T stopped halfway through, snapped at her coworker to finish my drink (he was was busy serving elsewhere) and ran off to 'check-in'. My half finished drink sat on the bar for ages waiting.

For the price I would have expected much better.
