Le prix surcote pour la qualité de l’hôtel jugé 5 étoiles. Habitué des établissements Accor pullman Sofitel ou autre je pensais retrouver les mêmes standards… le personnel du restaurant espagnol très décevant et non professionnels.
Petit déjeuner de qualité très moyenne.
Merci à ceux du bouquet garni plus professionnels. Mais je trouve très et même trop cher pour la qualité de l’hôtel et le service rendu. Je ne pense pas y retourner
I had a wonderful spa experience at the Marriott Jnan Palace, and I especially want to thank Dalal for her excellent care. She was professional, kind, and very skilled, and her calming manner made the whole treatment even more relaxing. Her attention to detail and warm attitude truly stood out. I highly recommend booking with Dalal if you visit the spa.

Dear Mr. Hein Broekhoven,
I am writing in response to your survey invitation regarding my recent stay at Fes Marriott Hotel Jnan Palace from March 11 to March 13, 2026. Unfortunately, my experience was not merely disappointing. It reflected a systemic service breakdown and a significant deviation from Marriott’s expected five star standards.
It is important to highlight that this was my second booking within the same month, and I had been explicitly assured that my return visit would be handled with a higher level of care and attention. Regrettably, the opposite occurred, which raises serious concerns regarding credibility, consistency, and guest commitment.
From the outset, it was evident that there is a critical gap in service culture and operational discipline. The staff demonstrated a noticeable lack of professional courtesy, anticipatory service, and refined guest engagement, all of which are fundamental pillars in luxury hospitality. What I encountered instead was a transactional, disengaged, and at times indifferent attitude, which is unacceptable at this level.
Equally concerning was the substandard housekeeping and presentation standards, particularly in areas where attention to detail should be uncompromising. This indicates a deficiency in internal supervision and quality control, raising serious concerns about management oversight.
The performance of waitstaff across the lobby, café, and in house restaurants was consistently underwhelming. Service delivery lacked energy, attentiveness, and professionalism, creating an atmosphere that felt uninspired and operationally fatigued rather than elegant and welcoming.
Furthermore, the overall staff conduct strongly suggests a deeper structural issue related to workforce conditions.

Hotel is so great! The entire staff is so so helpful and welcoming, from organizing our taxis to answering our questions about the hotel and Fes. Our hammam was great too. At breakfast, Marcus and Asmue were especially wonderful, explaining all about Moroccan cuisine and never letting our cups of coffee go empty. We feel like royalty here!

El servicio de restauración: detestable. A pesar de la buena voluntad de los camareros, faltó organización...sobre todo en la cocina y el servicio. La calidad de la comida francamente mejorables. No volvería otra vez ...
