location
The night of my arrival my room was inundated and the staff refused to have my clothes dried. They claim there is no laundry service but they have laundry bags to send out. They first refused to change the room saying it was full but at the end they needed to change the room. The 6th floor was like a war zone. It rained at night during my 5 night stay and the hallway carpet was full of water and when I came out of the elevator, I got rained on. There were buckets all over the hotel. The last night they had come into my room and took all the towels so when I arrived in my room late at night they had not made the room. I had to go downstairs to the reception to have towels sent. The phone in the room did not work. During the week the lift did not work and I had to walk up the stairs. There was never any sign that the lift was not working. The workers were all over the place trying hard to stop the rain from penetrating into the hotel. Again no word from the management. Since I had 2 bookings for 5 days, after the first night I received a request for commentaire from booking. The next morning at breakfast they asked me to remove my comments. On the last day of the trip I asked to see the manager and we had a nice discussion and he asked me to remove the comments and he will also compensate me for 1 night due to all the unfortunate circumstances. I did remove it before I left Marrakech but the manager did not keep his word and ignored my email as well. The pool is small and 2/3 is in the shade and it wasn't heated like other hotels. The hotel is falling apart and they continue to have clients during all the mess. The walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbor's phone alarm in the morning. I could hear the TV so loud that it echoed from both rooms. They should not charge a price that I paid and call themselves a 5 star hotel. It is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in in Marrakech and there are so many beautiful hotels.
Bel hôtel très bien placé; dans le haut des prix de la gamme pour un tel établissement.
Prestation assez classique
l'accueil du personnel, la situation de l'hotel
Très bonne situation ,facilité d’accès
