Beautiful hotel with nice view and excellent food. A bit pricy but well worth the money

Great location and view from the room
Clean and spacious. Very beautiful.
Selection of food is probably one of the biggest that I have seen lately. A lot of different cuisines to cater for any taste

Cons:

The bathroom had some parts broken. Door handles different color on different sides of the door. Towel hangers broken and not fixed well

Good view, great location and delicious breakfast.
Pros:

Good atmosphere for resting with the great view of the Huangpu river and Bind.

Cons:

Little bit cold in the room. I wanted to make it warmer but I couldn’t change the temperature using conditioner.

Location TOP - Hotel FLOP
Pros:

On the positive side, the location is fantastic—close to shopping centers, the metro, and many attractions.
However, considering the price range, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Cons:

We were offered an upgrade upon arrival, which we declined—and later understood why. The rooms felt quite outdated and a bit worn. They were acceptable, but definitely not worth the price for this category.
One unusual feature was the robot coffee machine. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing as staff interrupted the process, so the coffee wasn’t prepared properly, which felt a bit odd.
Overall, the hotel gives a very different impression depending on where you are. From the outside and in the lobby, it looks impressive and luxurious, but the rooms don’t live up to that standard.
