Excellent & beautiful hotel with delicious breakfast and access to Metro.
Pros:

Clean. Beautiful lobby, with atrium waterfall and rock gardens, calm and peaceful . Good location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast, many western and local options. Omelettes cooked with showy skill. Nice salad bar at breakfast.

Cons:

No fried eggs offered. No add-ins to the plain omelettes. Only cheese for Salad was sliced cheddar, would like feta, Parmesan, or cottage cheese.

It was so good to have the shuttle service from and to the JR train station . Great location, great restaurants inside, very cofi rooms and beds!

Very nice hotel with yummy breakfast.
Pros:

Convenient to bus and train, excellent breakfast buffet, friendly staff, clean room, comfy mattress, Nespresso machine. Room spacious for Japan. A very nice hotel.

Cons:

Bathroom a bit small for 2 to share, worked better if only one of us in there any time.
Would like more queen or king bedrooms to choose from.
