It was a good stay

Excellent taxi transfer service
The room had a fantastic view
The room was clean and the television had lots of options and channels. It was a modern and pleasant experience. Would probably come back again.

Cons:

Although the room was sound proof on our final night we heard cars reviving at roughly 12:00-01:00am this is part of the culture of the area but it took us by surprise initially but the folks who do it seemed to only carry it out on a weekend and it was shut down very quickly.

We also saw an experience with an individual who inappropriately touched another member of the public in the lift, the hotel provided shift action to reassure me and my wife that the matter would be dealt with appropriately and patrols got stepped up as a result of the incident and in turn this helped my wife feel safe so thank you to them for the positive response dealing with the individual. Everyone else in the hotel was absolutely fine and it was just a single small blip but one I wanted to highlight as it demonstrates how the hotel was able to navigate it and ensure everyone’s safety too.

A beautiful 3 nights in Osaka. We didn’t want to leave but the place was beautiful and very roomy compared to other hote
