Great property and amazing staff
Pros:

Location is amazing and the staff is great. Vanessa at the front desk helped us and she was great and made sure we got an early checked in.

Cons:

The shuttle wasn’t working during our stay so we have to uber every time to go to the town.

Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend, Anlage ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, es wird aber viel renoviert und verschönert

Mein Fehler das Kleingedruckte nicht zu lesen, den Indoor Pool darf man nur gegen eine Gebühr von 20 Euro benutzen, auf den Bildern war er eben zu sehen und hat für unsere Buchung entscheidend mitgewirkt.

We had a relaxing and fun stay in a nicely decorated hotel in a beautiful location.
Pros:

Beautiful location, super friendly staff, spacious rooms and an amazing breakfast.
The kids loved the team from the kids club.

Cons:

We would have loved a dining option with a few more offers for vegetarians with kids.
Apart from that, everything was perfect.

PERFECT HOLIDAY
Pros:

We went for a relaxing holiday it was just that. Hotel offered beautiful views of the beach and ocean.We were in a side sea view it was perfect modern bedroom area.
We ate in the Atlantico restaurant the meal was lovely and the staff were amazing. Situated right between Albuferia and Villiamora if you want a change of scenery. We didn't it was enough for us. Thank you to all the staff you make the difference.!!!

l'accès direct a la plage , petit déjeuner en buffet très grand choix et fruits frais, spa et salle de sport disponible.

les horaires du spa. il n'était pas mentionné que les horaires de la piscine intérieur (donc chauffé en avril) pour les enfants n'était que le matin entre 9h et 12h et sous réservation d'un créneau d'une heure... à la reservation sur booking il était ecrit "matin ET apres midi pour enfants de plus de 4 ans". Donc surprise peu agréable surtout quand la météo peut etre aléatoire en atlantique et que le choix de l'hotel s'est porté sur cette piscine ...

Le petit déjeuner complet

Cons:

Un établissement 5 étoiles qui met en avant une piscine chauffée intérieure mais qui au final la facture pour y accéder...
Au prix de la chambre, c'est vraiment abusé.
Le hall est la seule partie de l'établissement qui donne un côté premium .
Les extérieurs sont mal optimisés
Les restaurants retirent leurs terrasses à 19h, assez étrange
