Great and quiet location, good breakfast. Room especially bathroom needs some upgrades
Pros:

Location is good, 10 minutes walking to old town. Breakfast is good with choice of breakfast per order and buffet with pastries and bagels.

Cons:

No cleaning service for our 3 night stays. Need to make a request for service 24 hours in advance, they delivered towels per our request though.

We had a wonderful stay here. We would definitely come back again and recommend it to others.
Pros:

The location was great to be able to walk to the Plaza. There was plenty of staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was always excellent.

Stayed here before was great, second time not as much
Pros:

Stayed here before and really enjoyed the location, shopping, and food.

Cons:

This time, the unit we were in was supposedly an upgrade to superior, but the whole thing cracked and creaked all day and night. Hard to sleep. No cooking spoons, spatula, or knives. Requested but never received. The first breakfast took 45 minutes to receive. The second day was much better.

Great place to relax.
Pros:

It has a unique character, very non corporate and a bit quirky. Every unit is different. The staff is first class! Always willing to help and great attitudes. Very sincere.
We were walking distance to virtually everything.

Santa Fe retreat
Pros:

Located a block from the plaza - easy walk! Room was lovely- our bathroom doors were annoying 😂 especially in the middle of the night! But that’s just us. Very nice breakfast options.

Cons:

The bathroom was small with full length saloon doors, never quite got the hang of them

I liked the look of the property on the Booking.com website

Cons:

The manager Sam was very brusque and not at all interested in guiding me to where my room was (back out onto the street and down an other street and into an entirely different property). Room was completely different to what was shown on the website and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. There were no toiletries, not even a cake of soap. The room was dingy and as a single female traveller I felt a bit isolated as I could not see anyone else around. I informed the manager that I did not wish to stay and I wished to have a refund as the room had not met my expectations. I had been actively encouraged by the property to pay before arrival when I had selected to pay at the arrival at the property and I would not have paid. The manager did not offer me another room nor did he admit that there was a variation between advertised room and actual room. He begrudgingly agreed to refund 3 days out of 5 payment. I contacted Booking.com and informed them of this agreement however when they spoke to Sam the manager he chose not to honour the agreement and informed the platform he would not refund me anything. I then went back to the property and the second in charge ( a rather menacing type if guy who seemed well-versed in deflecting complaints) told me they had changed their mind and that Sam was not available to further discuss the agreement, these guys were dishonest with me but also Booking.com.

Adorable boutique bed and breakfast
Pros:

Las Palomas is a vintage collection of casitas in a cute, centrally located neighborhood. The plaza is just a few blocks away. The rooms are comfortable and decorated nicely. We had a fireplace in ours which was cozy. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They showed us a few different rooms before we checked in to find the best combination for our family. Breakfast is great, our only suggestion is to get some meatless sausages. We got extra fruit instead of bacon or sausage though, which was yummy.

We loved everything!

Friendly, clean and convenient place to stay
Pros:

Breakfast and location was a plus. Facilities were very clean and bed was comfy. Free parking. Very friendly staff. Having a kitchen available.

Cons:

Kitchen lacked potholders and dish towels.
Shower needed a caddy to place soap, etc. No storage in bathroom. More outlets to plug in phones and computers needed.Also an outlet behind the bathroom sink was poor placement. Dangerous.

Pros:

The boutique hotel has a great vibe with a fun breakfast reception area. The cooked to order fresh breakfast included in the price of the stay, was the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this hotel. Also a wonderful place for people traveling with dogs.

I will certainly stay with Las Palomas again.
Pros:

This is my second time staying at Las Palomas when visiting my son in Santa Fe. It is an excellent location - walking distance to The Plaza and Railyard and many restaurants. They have a wonderful breakfast each morning that is included. The staff are exceptional. The rooms are like little casitas - very comfortable.

I great location that management has failed
Pros:

Good location and great breakfast. Staff very pleasent. Didn’t use the dog park but looked nice.

Cons:

The “kitchenette” was pathetic. Didn’t bother to try to cook. No sponge provided to clean dishes, many utensils were missing; no real tools to cook other than microwave stuff. The shower head was missing pieces do the stream did not work perfectly I had to take the faucet in the bath apart to clear minerals as no water would come out. Had to go get a broom and dust pan to sweep room. My wife had stayed here a few years ago and felt the property had fallen from magical to we will not return. Everything just little off sadly. Poorly maintained and managed it appears doing the bare minimum.
