Nightmare

Cons:

I have chosen this hotel due to my eyes operation next day morning.
Unfortunately my experience was more than horrible. I couldn’t sleep till 4am cause on my floor (8th floor) there were Italian teenagers making noise, running on the corridor screaming. I had to go twice there and asked them about being silent. The result was that they didn’t care. So I slept two hours. I came to the hospital absolutely exhausted and tired. The consultant said I should maybe postpone it, but I live in England and not so easy to come here..
I will probably never choose this hotel again

Cons:

Použité vložky v koši, nedoplnene mýdlo, nemožnost zrcadlit telefon v tv, hluk z okolních pokojů, zadna vůně v pokoji, museli jsme větrat. Cena 440kc za snídani? To bylo dost stejne tak jako parkoviště.

Un hotel grande con muchos servicios.
Pros:

Las instalaciones están bien, pero sobre todo la amabilidad del personal de recepción y la música ambiente del restaurante.

Cons:

Es un hotel muy muy grande con mucha gente en movimiento por ahí, por lo que es fácil encontrar algo de ruido extra.
Y que está un poco alejado del centro.

Fine but wouldn't return
Pros:

One member of staff was very friendly (blonde young man) but most were fine, not overly helpful.

Cons:

Had to pay additional costs to use facilities. Soap and body wash wasn't refilled. Hotel was fine but I wouldn't recommend or return.
