L'emplacement est idéal pour se déplacer très facilement (tram, bus, petit train touristique) et visiter la ville. Hôtel propre et accueillant, personnel à l'écoute, souriant. Petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié. A recommander

Cons:

Une erreur de ma part, j'avais omis de préciser que je souhaitais une douche plutôt qu'une baignoire (pour 2 jours je n'ai pas demandé à changer de chambre,). J'y penserai la prochaine fois car je reviendrai

great for a short stay in Tours, good lick with the parking, best arrive by train.
Pros:

Grand old hotel, good location, nice staff

Cons:

Parking was a nightmare, precise instructions were provided by the hotel, i.e. park on 1st level and take lift.
Ist level full had to park on third level, lift not working so had to carry all the luggage up steep stairs, staff did offer to help. Room was very small and its a shame that these grand old hotels no longer have restaurants.

Pros:

Le lit de la chambre était immense et c'est très agréable. La chambre est assez grande. L'hôtel est très bien placé (à côté de la gare et à 10mns à pied du vieux Tours). Le petit déjeuner est bien. Une bonne adresse !

i could not wait to leave.
Pros:

very tired hotel from lobby to hallways to the guest rooms to the bar and restaurant.

Cons:

old accommodation in need of major renovation to modernize the hotel. Also, poor access by car.

Localização central, excelente atendimento e estrutura.
Pros:

Quarto amplo, limpeza. Hotel com ótima estrutua e decoração.
Localização central, ao lado da estação de trem e para quem está de carro o estacionamento é de fácil acesso ao hotel.

Cons:

Cama para casal eram 2 de solteiro unidas, ficando um buraco no meio.
Travesseiros duros e pequenos.
Pelo nível do hotel poderiam estes 2 itens serem melhores.

A decent hotel spoiled by matters which could and should have been addressed

Location is good if travelling by train; not so good by car.

Cons:

Size of breakfast room . Too small. A member of staff ordered my wife not to go through the bar to reach the public toilets. The room we were allocated was very nice but we were troubled by noise and especially of people talking outside the hotel all night

Excellent location. Interesting building. Pleasant staff.

Cons:

Issue with shower access due to faulty doors which should have been picked up by cleaning staff prior to our visit.

Very old needing renovation
Pros:

Location is good though the hotel is needng a revamping. Feels very old. Rooms are big and spacious though I won't stay here again as there are probably better alternatives, but probably more expensive. You're saving money because the price is good but feeling not so much. Not a 4 stars hotel in terms of looks. Breakfast was less than average with very few healthy alternatives. Scrambled eggs were always dried and overcooked all the time.

Adequate. No problems, but the hotel was not a highlight of the trip.

Friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Everything was a bit tired. The air conditioning did not work. Some of the electrical sockets did not work. One curtain was not properly fixed to the rail. Three star hotel - yes, four star hotel - no.
