Not so Grand anymore
Pros:

You can tell that this hotel used to be Grand. There are some impressive structural features. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice.

Cons:

The place feels tired, the sofa bed in our room was broken, the tv didn’t work, the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours talking. The spa is disappointing, the sauna was closed so there’s only a steam room, a jacuzzi and a cold pool. The breakfast was sad, it felt cheap. The juice is watered down, the meat and cheese was processed, etc.

Pros:

Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Hôtel à proximité d’une bouche de métro. Un petit déjeuner continental classique. Le personnel prévenant et souriant.

Cons:

Le SPA, un minuscule hammam, un sauna hors service, un vieux jacuzzi, par contre une grande piscine. Il manque un espace détente que l’on peu attendre d’un SPA.
