Really good and would recommend.
Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Good facilities in the hotel such as the heated pool which was very nice and lovely entertainment in the evening. Rooms and balcony were very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The only downside was the cleanliness of the untensils sometimes, but understand this would be difficult given the large number of guests and the need to prepare for breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Todo muy nuevo y limpio. La habitación súper amplia, la cama muy grande y el Buffet muy completo. Nos sorprendió todo para bien!

Excelente.
Pros:

La piscina interior es un puntazo si no hace buen tiempo. El personal es muy amable. Muy bien la animación para niños. El buffet muy bueno.

Cons:

Para mí gusto le faltaban un par de graditos a la piscina interior. En la cafeteria, se echaba de menos algo tipo ensalada. Por lo demás, excelente.
