The staff is very kind and helpful.
The view from the pool is enchanting.

Many places need a lot of renovation. The pool and their surroundings are outdated.
The entrance to the reception is very depressing.

Il primo che abbiamo preso la sera del nostro arrivo non c è piaciuto molto in quanto era un po’ freddo, ma il cameriere è stato super super super gentile che ha provveduto diversamente 😍 molto apprezzato

Vorrei restasse magico sempre anche in acqua ‼️

Ci ritorniamo circa due volte l’anno sempre accogliente e location magica

Cons:

Ci chiedevamo ogni volta perché non riservino la prima piscina solo ad adulti, permettere l’accesso ai bambini non è il massimo considerando che per loro è un gioco…. Togliendo la magia ed il riposo che uno cerca andando lì . In altronde le piscine sono 3 .

Personale accogliente e molto disponibile. Struttura pulita e molto curata. Ristorante eccellente e preparato anche per pasti senza glutine

Nel pre conto c’era già la mancia inserita, in più è stato fatto pagare l’accesso anticipato alle terme anche se avevamo la camera prenotata e non eravamo stati avvisati

Splendido e rilassante
Pros:

la posizione che ti trasmette serenità e tranquillità, la gentilezza del personale e l’ampia scelta di piscine con acqua termale e viste stupende.

Cons:

l’inserimento automatico nel conto dell’importo extra, del service charge a percentuale, per poi sentirsi dire che era discrezionale pagarlo o meno. Sarebbe più corretto, a mio avviso , chiederlo prima di inserirlo nel conto.

Le inservienti cortesi e discrete

Cons:

La cucina non all’altezza del resto , andrebbe riorganizzata .
Di fatto abbiamo cenato solo la prima sera in hotel , preoccupandoci di trovare un’alternativa esterna ( pare anche di altri ospiti ).
Andrebbe migliorate un po le spiegazioni per orientarsi in autonomia all’interno delle Terme .

Eccellente per un soggiorno di super relax
Pros:

Siamo clienti da anni e sinceramente stare qualche gg a Fonteverde ti fa rinascere. Tutto funziona ma soprattutto la parte terme è ben curata e assistita.

Cons:

Unica cosa qualche pulsante di idromassaggio da revisionare.
