Breakfast wasn’t as hot as we would have lijed
Aircon/heating wasn’t working in our room. Which was a shame as we felt slightly colder than we’d be comfortable with.

"Executive room,' nothing special. Only one easy chair. No walk- in shower.
Good location, although it looks a bit out of the way on the Map, there's actually 3 different ways to get there, so it's quite convenient for Crawley. Rooms are spacious, we had a Triple room which was a double and one single bed, very comfy and came with free coffee and tea, shampoo and body gel in the shower.
Water pressure was good, shower and bathroom spacious, room lighting was good and it was very clean and modern.
We ate in Crawley rather than the hotel as the prices for food were quite high.
Directions to and from the Hotel on the booking page were spot on and it took around 20 minutes to get to LGW.
Parking is plentiful but the spaces a bit tight, barrier entry in and out but they do charge £15 for one overnight parking, which, as a guest, I felt let the whole package down.
Remember to Park at the front, unload / load your luggage and park afterwards as it's a bit of a walk through the car park.
The hotel is very quiet, no road noise and a good atmosphere with very helpful counter staff.
Room was clean and comfortable but i was not happy with a few things
There were no cookies that we get in every hotel along with the tea and coffee options, and it didnt show on the website while i was booking that there is a parking charge and i was charged 15 pound per nite and found it to be extremely expensive looking at local rates in the area.
Check in was good, friendly.helpful. The staff had my room ready early which was fab. Waiter in bar and breakfast very friendly. Breakfast had a great selection. Nice staff. Nice room.
Location. And some noise early in morning by guests checking out early but the rooms were very clean.. Well Done to all. Thank you.
